came home last night to a weird noise...dripping water it was.  constant dripping water from the ceiling in the living room.  kinda nuts.
so had the plumber come.  he asked him i'm usually lucky.  i told him yeah.
he said i was very lucky it was only a small hose leak- a quick fix.
