Italian Beef
(got the recipe from: my mama)
1 thick round steak (or roast)
1 pkt. dry italian dressing mix
put meat in crock pot or slow cooker fat side up. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Let cook overnight or all day (low). meat will be very tender. pull apart with two forks to shread meat (remove excess fat). leave juice in cooker and put meat back in. keep warm until ready to eat. serve on rolls with mozeralla cheese slices.
