so i picked up the book: how to put ten hours in an eight hour work day. by: kay johnson
here's some interesting things it says:
the bank account of life
"you cannot borrow, rent, buy or even steal time."
(keep in mind, the average female life expactancy is 79 years of age; men is 72.)
make to do lists
eat late lunches if possible, after 115 when the lunch rush is over. better service, quieter atmosphere and less lines are all perks.
prepare for the worst-and the best outcomes
pre-sleep suggestions such as: lying in beb, relaxing and visualing the next day. "if you do this regularly, you will never need an alarm clock. then visualize the next morning, with everybody leaving happily." also think of: the office with happy people and yourself also smiling. "you program youself for success."
that's all for now...back to reading...
