ahhh! finally heard the singing jogger this morning! it was definitely the same guy... immediately looked at the time; it was 613 a.m. i'm going to be looking and listening for him from now on...and eventually get some footage.

olive has been obsessed with straws lately (like me). she will seriously steal them out of my drinks and carry them around like a dog. hahaha
she's also getting so big :( she jumps around like a crazy acrobat doing kamikaze dives, flipping and crawling up things. it's like her cat instincts; she would be a good killer, bird hunter.

something to add to the pet peeves list: when people call "gyoza" "goiza".

oh god, "the land before time". a song from it used to make me cry everytime when i was a little kid. at the end, when they made it to the great valley i would start balling. my mom would say, "diane, why are you crying? they made it to the great valley!" and i would reply in tears, "but the mom diiiied!"... and even once when i heard the song played at my sister's band/chrous show it made me cry, too! not really anymore though. guess i've grown numb.
