hmm....
had to wake up early to finish my homework since i didn't do it last night, fell asleep at like 930pm instead.
i'm really glad that i only have school and a short work shift, and then i'm off tomorrow. :)
i will:
-catch up on homework
-wash the vw

i really considered having a "sick day" from school this morning, but i'm glad i didn't. i got to school early enough to sleep a few minutes in the bug. when i woke up there was a bug parked next to me. it was dope! super chromed out, very clean, etc. of course my first thought is: maybe a hot, single guy owns it! haha. jj.

i drank a cup of tea while getting ready in the morning and another one in asl class. it was a very cold morning! my partner and i did our improv in acting class today. we decided to go first today and just get it over with instead of building up the stress and anticipation. surprisingly, i wasn't even nervous! it was actually a lot of fun, and we did a good job, too.
want improv:
our basic promt was that one of us wants something from the other, and the other doesn't want to give it up. we have to come up with characters, settings, some background, details and "the want". mel and i were randomly selected college campus-apartment roommates. i was a very hardworking, independent, busy, studied a lot, etc, kind of student. mel was very bubbly, carefree, and never paid for shit (because her parents bought her everything). and she comes home randomly with pie and wine and wants to talk while i'm studying on the couch. irritated, i agree as i close my books and throw them down next to me. she tries to ask me to borrow money. i pretty much blow up at her for not doing shit around the house while i work my ass off cleaning, working and going to school. at this time i walked over and tried to pour some water. we had no ice cubes, though, and this made me even more irriatated. we talked about the reason she needed to money: to visit her new boyfriend. they met at a church, and even one line she said randomly said was, "what would jesus do?" i was like "wtf! if i was jesus i would not be working my ass off everyday or sitting here telling you to get a job!" ...just real life stuff.
i offered to help her get a job with me...she could be a host. she didn't even know what a host was! it was funny.

it's really hard to describe. i wish i had a damned video camera!!! that reminds me, i need to ask my class if they would mind me taping them. it's really good, interesting stuff, i love being able to see people's imaginations and influences and how it comes out in a scene.

today is another early shift which means an early finish time. yay! i won't really make any money, but i don't care at all at the moment. tomorrow i'm off all day, too. i just scheduled an interview with a lady from the life foundation to ask her questions about the honolulu aids walk coming up in april. i'm writing an advance story on it.
i've corresponded with her through emails while planning shokudo's participation in the 2008 honolulu aids walk. i'm not very nervous or anything. i will, however, need to dress to impress: eww.
