i finally did the improv today at school! it went well...i could have enlongated it a little, but everyone said they really liked it and that i didn't seem nervous. yay! everyone really liked the music, too, of course. (this is highly correlated to the fact that mason jennings is what was being played)

the newspaper said "romantic" valentine's day is one of the most popular days to get engaged ... i think that is very un-creative and lame.

well, on my drive home from school i saw someone who looked like "samurai boy" (that's what shannon and i used to call him)...a cute japanese boy from my math class.
it reminded me that i had a missed call from him the other day at work, but forgot to call him back. i then decided to call and we just caught up on things (mostly about school and work) for a few minutes and decided we should graba a drink sometime...could this be what my horoscope is talking about??
although i'd be pretty excited if someone new was coming into my life

i'm no longer going to be working at watersports on wednesdays. it was sort of pointless because i was only working half days and i really should give myself at least one day off a week anyway...although...i was now thinking about applying at the library. first though, i'm going to start small by getting a library card.

i would also like to work at a craft store. my first job ever was in a craft store in okinawa. i worked there for 2.5 years; it was a lot of fun. stocking craft supplies and doing the cash register is pretty chill, i think i'd still like it.

i'd also LOVE to get a job at the golf course as the beverage cart driver. cruise around on a golf cart and pass out drinks...yes, please!! once again, i just don't have the time right now...but maybe eventually.

other jobs i think would be chill/interesting would be: at a hookah bar, yard work...

careers i've though of pursuing: teaching, trucking, be a park ranger

for now i'm going to reseach about jornalism/commuincation, or something. who knows...

enjoying life is the most important thing to do.

also, the ex who wrote me and said he missed me a lot also mentioned that he's: a) "not doing shit" b) unhappy with his job and c) thinking about moving . . . i hate to say it, but i knew this is what was going to happen the day he decided he was no longer coming to be with me in hawaii.
